Emergency Management deals with all types of natural or man made disasters or emergency situations. An incident command model is followed so there is a uniform approach to these events. The Police and Fire departments have specialized equipment to deal with these incidents. Mutual Aid from other towns is available if needed. MEMA (Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency) also assists with emergency situations. The CodeRed system is utilized to warn town residents in case of emergencies. Please sign up for CodeRed
