The Personnel Policy Committee is tasked by the Selectboard to draft fair and efficient personnel policies and procedures for town employees with respect to initial appointment, advancement, compensation and general working conditions. These include standards of conduct, employment practices, compensation, holiday & leave time, and employee benefits.
