Make online payments your personal property and real estate taxes. Please note that there are additional if you pay by credit card, and you cannot pay vehicle excise taxes online.
To obtain a Municipal Lien Certificate:
Mail a check made out to the “Town of Middlefield” for $25 per parcel, with a SASE and the pertinent owner and parcel numbers to: Tax Collector, Town of Middlefield, PO Box 114, Middlefield, MA 01243
Mass law Chapter 60 Section 23 allows 20 days excluding Saturdays and Sundays to process a MLC request for Towns with a population under 5,000.
